JUNE 12 for a special HVRA event at Electronic Parts Outlet’s (EPO’s) rear parking lot. Unless you are a modern day Rip Van Winkle, and just now waking up, we are sitting on several estates where material is packing our two storage units. We must continue unloading some of these items to make room for more that we anticipate in the very near future. This is the reason for combining an auction with the trunk and tailgate swap meets we have been holding monthly. We will be officially into hurricane season, so our plans could be thwarted should bad weather conditions prevail. Should this happen, we will issue a bulletin a couple of days in advance notifying you all of a cancellation / postponement should we deem it necessary.

The swap meet will start at 8:00 AM along with registration for the auction. All those buying or selling must be HVRA members in good standing. New members can sign up on site for our one year membership fee of $20.00. Membership forms can be downloaded from our web site www.HVRA.org and mailed to our address: HVRA, P.O. Box 31276, Houston, TX 77231 – 1276. Make checks payable to HVRA. Swap meet will run from 8 until 9 AM with the auction starting at, or about, 9:20 AM under the tents set up at the rear of EPO. Coffee, donuts, juice, & cookies will be available for a small fee. We anticipate most auction items will be from the estates, but members are also invited to bring limited numbers of items to sell in the auction, just as in our regular monthly meeting auctions. There will be a drawing for $100.00 in door prizes redeemable at EPO prior to the end of the auction with cash out around 11:30 AM. See y’all on the 12th!
