Please bring your own treasures to the auction.  Remember, this is a members only event and you will need to sign in at the registration table prior to the auction.  All auction items must have the following information filled out on the auction control form: Seller’s last name, Seller Number, Lot Number, a brief description of the lot, and the condition.  Successful sellers will pay a 10% commission to HVRA for each lot sold.  No early checkouts…..all checkout will take place after the auction is completed.  Please do not remove any item from the pick-up table until after you receive a paid invoice at checkout; payments only by cash or check.
