WHERE :  Electronic Parts Outlet rear parking lot, 3753 Fondren Road, Houston 77063.
WHEN :  Trunk and tailgate swap meets starts 7:30 AM, Auctions begin at 9:00
HOW :  HVRA membership is required for participation in all HVRA events as per our
liability insurance coverage.

Swap meet rules…pretty simple: (HVRA membership required) 1. park in rear parking
lot, 2. open up trunk (use your own tables if necessary, 3. sell or trade (swap) as
needed, 4. all transactions are directly between seller and buyer (no fees to EPO or to
HVRA), 5. Remember to attend the HVRA auction at about 9AM.

Auction Rules: 1. HVRA Membership required, 2. auction registration required (see
Brett Martin and also receive drawing tickets, described below, 3. all of your auction
items must have an attached auction control form, completed with your name,
registration number, the correct lot number and condition and description of lot, 4. No
sold or passed items should be removed from auction area until participants settle their
accounts with the treasurer….HVRA will retail a 10% commission from all sold lots
(seller’s fee).

What will be there?  EPO will host our event as they have so generously done in the
past.  Annual membership dues can be paid on site and we should have HVRA caps
and CDs for sale too. Coffee, juice, kolaches, etc. will be on hand for a small fee, so
don’t despair over missing breakfast!  EPO will open their back door for access to their
restroom.  EPO will also provide auction tent coverage, chairs, coffee, and sound
system.
