HVRA Membership

The HVRA board has approved a new membership renewal process.  Currently, we have membership renewals that occur every month depending on the date they joined HVRA.  This is being changed to all members having a renewal date of January 31 each year.  We need to do this because the effort required to manage the current process is straining our already limited volunteer resources for the organization.  To transition to the new process and make it effective January 31, 2018, we are going to use the following steps that should make this easy and least painful to our members. 
 
The steps are as follows: 

A. If a member pays by the convention, they are paid up until January 31, 2019.  (You do not have to pay for any part of last year).

B.  If you do not pay by the convention, and decide to pay at any time during the year after the convention has concluded, the cost is the full amount and you are only covered until January 31, 2019.

C.  If a member does not have to pay their membership until after the convention because it is not due until later in the year, they will pay for the unpaid months of the year, at the convention to bring them up to January 31, 2019.
